Tuition Refund Policy
The initial deposit of 1,975.00 (*) (minus a $150 processing fee) is returned to the student if they are not accepted (to the program that they are applying for).
Upon VERBAL acceptance and admission, the deposit is non-refundable.
Additionally, if a student withdraws after beginning a module, but not completing the module, the price of that module is non-refundable. For cost of individual modules, contact the Registrar's Office.
Once the Thesis or Dissertation is started, the fees related to these are non-refundable.
Students withdrawing from the University must give written notice stating the reason for withdrawal.
(*) Students that have been admitted to the program can drop after 3 month and receive full refund (minus 3 month education fee), if their tuition was paid in full. After this period, your deposit is NOT refundable and the rest of your tuition can be applied towards credit for any Barron University classes or events ONLY.
(**) Students that have stopped paying 2 consecutive months of tuition and canceled their Pay Pal subscription, with no authorization from Barron University, will
be considered as have dropped from the program. Students who are dropped and wish to sign back up for the program will have to go through a re-admission process.
